Runway Bystrc as a part of the Baptist church in Brno, with its registered office at Smetanova 20, 602 00 Brno, IČ: 00487597 (hereinafter also “administrator”), hereby declares that within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) processes personal data of data subjects for its activities and is therefore an administrator of personal data (i.e. the person who determines the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data).

Processing of personal data

The administrator processes personal data mainly in the following areas:

• agenda related to the administration and operation of the church,
• agenda related to services for members or friends of the church,
• asset management and related contractual relations,
• organizing trainings, courses and other events within the organization and for the public.

The administrator is authorized to process personal data by the titles of fulfillment of a legal obligation, fulfillment of a contract, legitimate interest of the administrator or a third party or consent to the processing of personal data granted by subject of data. When processing personal data, the administrator follows the limitations set by law and the limitations set after careful consideration in the internal regulation so as not to violate the rights of subjects of data.

As part of the processing of personal data, in some cases it is necessary to transfer personal data to another person. This transfer is minimized, in some cases it is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the law, the contract or within the activities of the church. In all cases where the administrator transfers personal data to another person, he takes care to ensure maximum protection of the rights of data subjects.

Rights of the data subjects

In order to ensure that data subjects have the opportunity to decide as widely as possible on the processing of their personal data, the GDPR sets out a number of rights that can be exercised against any data administrator. If you decide to exercise any of your rights, please contact your administrator. It is your basic right  to request at any time information on whether the administrator processes your personal data. If we process them, you have the right to request one copy of all personal data that we process about you. If you find that the data being processed is inaccurate, you have the right to request their correction. If you find that we do not process your personal data in accordance with law, you can exercise the right to ask us to delete personal data. If you are not satisfied with anything or you believe that we have not processed your request as we should, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We would like to emphasize that no matter what relationship you have with the administrator, there is no risk to you from exercising these rights.
